FAQs

Is Halo imposing a uniform global measurement standard?
No. Halo only provides proposed open-source code components. Measurement bodies, JICs or others are entirely free to decide whether (and if so how) to use them.

Does Halo handle real consumer data?
No. The code uses synthetic or abstract data sets for demonstration. Actual data handling occurs under local laws and oversight by the implementing parties.

Is there a single currency or mandatory approach?
No. Halo is not a currency. It’s a set of proposed common code components for those who wish to improve cross-media measurement in line with the needs of the industry but with full local autonomy.
